Miranda Zwietink

Miranda Zwietink has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Miranda currently holds the position of Director of Customer Care Benelux at Boels Rental, where they oversee the customer services department for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Prior to this role, they worked at VodafoneZiggo as Manager of Converged Service Delivery B2B and Manager of Operations Customer Services B2B. Miranda also has experience at Vodafone, where they served as a Service Delivery Manager B2B, Team Manager of Managed Services, and Team Manager of Corporate Services. Throughout their career, Miranda has been responsible for managing teams, implementing projects and processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Miranda Zwietink has a Master's degree in International Business Studies from Maastricht University, which they obtained in 2002.
