Phil Houbiers

Phil Houbiers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fleet management and operational excellence, currently holding the position of Director Fleet Uptime at Boels Rental since March 2017. Houbiers has a diverse background, having served in various roles including Manager Fleet Excellence and Operational Excellence Manager, where responsibilities encompassed post-merger integration, change management, and process optimization. Prior to these roles, Houbiers was an Areamanager responsible for full P&L and operational oversight of multiple depots, and a Business Unit Manager for Boels Survey & Laser, specializing in surveying instruments. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Business with a focus on Sustainable Finance from Maastricht University and ongoing Executive Leadership studies at Rotterdam School of Management.
