Gail Morrison

Gail Morrison is an accomplished geographer with extensive experience in geospatial analysis and GIS applications. Currently serving as a Geographer at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since July 2018, Morrison also functions as President and Senior GIS Analyst at Allied GIS, Inc., a woman-owned small business founded in 2002, specializing in GIS and database services. Additionally, as a GIS Specialist Reservist with FEMA since August 2016, Morrison supports disaster operations through the development of geospatial products and databases. Previous experience includes serving as a GeoBase Administrator at L3 Titan and extensive educational background with a BS in Geography from Plymouth State University, complemented by a minor in History.
