Jennifer Kenyon

Jennifer Kenyon, Ph.D., currently serves as a Program Analyst in the Office of Strategic Policy and International Affairs at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since February 2022, focusing on offshore wind, carbon storage, and climate change mitigation. Previously, Jennifer was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, studying marine radioactivity under Dr. Ken Buesseler from June 2016 to January 2022. Earlier roles included Technical Assistant at the Louisiana State University Radiation Safety Office, where responsibilities included laboratory audits and compliance, and REU Intern positions at the Smithsonian Institution and LSU's Department of Geology & Geophysics. Jennifer Kenyon earned a PhD in Chemical Oceanography from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Geology from Louisiana State University.
