Luke Feinberg

Luke Feinberg is an experienced Energy Program Specialist currently serving at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since August 2016, where Luke has also held the position of Acting Chief of Staff for the Environmental Review Branch focused on Renewable Energy. Prior to this role, Luke held various positions including Senior Analyst for Renewable Energy at Allegheny Science & Technology and Environmental Science and Policy Specialist at the U.S. Department of Energy, where involvement included overseeing offshore wind demonstration projects. Luke's academic background includes a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on Marine Ecology from Bates College. Additionally, Luke has contributed to environmental projects as a Graduate Student Intern and Research Assistant during formative experiences within the renewable energy sector.
