Cristina Navarrete Calvo

Cristina Navarrete Calvo has extensive experience in project management and IT support, currently serving as the Responsable de ServiceDesk y Proyectos at bofrost* España since January 2006. In February 2024, Cristina began leading the ServiceDesk team, focusing on promoting teamwork and optimizing incident management processes. Since 2022, Cristina has been part of the project management office, implementing Agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include Responsable del área de Organización y PSM, where Cristina standardized administrative processes, and técnica de soporte en Service Desk, collaborating closely with the German headquarters on CRM implementation. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Filología inglesa from Universidad de Córdoba, a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior in Administración y finanzas, a Licentiate degree in Formación de profesorado en idiomas extranjeros, an MBA in Project Management, and a Master's degree in Metodologías Ágiles from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
