Giulia Rettaroli has a diverse range of work experience. Giulia started their career as a Sales Teamleader and Recruiter for Claim Marketing, specifically for UNICEF, from August 2015 to November 2016. Giulia then transitioned to a role as a Customer Service Representative at Telesurvey Italia Srl from November 2016 to October 2017, where they excelled in telemarketing and customer care.

In September 2017, they worked as a Sales Account at ArtemìdaTre, showcasing their expertise in managing client portfolios and conducting telemarketing activities in the art and design sector. Giulia was also responsible for business development and customer retention.

In December 2017, Giulia joined Belron International as a Customer Experience Associate, where they focused on acquisition, registration, and post-sales support for private customers, companies, and partners. Giulia played a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience by addressing their needs and concerns.

From December 2017 to February 2018, they worked as an Event Manager at NYX Milan, organizing various events such as promotional parties, conferences, fashion shows, and art expositions. Giulia coordinated different areas and ensured the successful execution of events according to specific budgets and targets.

Giulia Rettaroli has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their life. From 2022 to 2023, they are currently undertaking a Project Management Specialization at Google Creative Campus. In 2017, they attended Europa Business School and completed a Master in Digital Marketing e Social Media. During the same year, they also took part in a program at the MoMA · Museum of Modern Art of New York, where they studied "Seeing Through Photographs · The Art of Photography: Visuals and History." In 2014, Giulia obtained the Goethe-Zertifikat B1 in German Language and Culture from the Carl Duisberg Institute in Berlin. Earlier on, from 2010 to 2015, they attended ITT Artemisia Gentileschi in Milan, earning a degree in Economia e turismo internazionali (Perito turistico).

Furthermore, Giulia has acquired various additional certifications to enhance their skill set. Giulia obtained a Project Management Foundations certificate from Google in July 2022. In November 2018, they received an Attestato di Formazione sulla Sicurezza nei Luoghi di Lavoro (D.LGS 81/08) from SWAROVSKI. In July 2018, they completed an Attestato di Formazione sul Codice in materia di Privacy e Trattamento dei Dati Personali (D.LGS 196/03) at OVS S.p.A. Giulia also attained a Spanish Language (A2) certificate from UC Davis Extension in November 2017, and an Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 - Adobe InDesign certificate from LinkedIn in February 2017. Additionally, they hold an ICDL Full certification from the ECDL Foundation, which was obtained in June 2014. Giulia obtained their Goethe-Zertifikat B1 from the Carl Duisberg Centren in February 2014. Lastly, in June 2009, they earned a Trinity Certificate from Trinity College London.
