Danielle Barbato

Danielle Barbato is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior Trial Attorney at Allstate since April 2023. Prior to this, Danielle held the position of Of Counsel Attorney at Bogin, Munns & Munns since May 2021 and practiced as an Attorney at DeWitt Law Firm, P.A. from July 2020 to May 2021. Danielle's earlier career included significant roles at the Office of the Public Defender for the 9th Judicial Circuit from March 2011 to July 2020, including Felony Trials Chief and Juvenile Division Chief, as well as an Assistant Public Defender. Additional experience includes Of Counsel positions and legal internships at the Law Offices of Roger L. Weeden and the Office of the Public Defender, Ninth Judicial Circuit. Danielle earned a Juris Doctor from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida.
