Jan Dohmann

Jan Dohmann is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in personnel management and human resources. Currently serving as Personalleiter at Bohle-Gruppe since March 2024, Jan has previously held several key positions within Viega GmbH & Co. KG, including Programm-Manager HR and Personalleiter for both Viega Schweiz AG and Oblamatik AG. Jan's career in HR began at KRAH Gruppe as a Personalreferent and includes a notable tenure as an officer in the Bundeswehr from 1999 to 2013. Jan holds an MBA in International Management from ESB Business School and a Dipl.-Päd. from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität, complemented by an international semester in Human Resources Management at Central Connecticut State University.
