Dave Wisotsky has extensive work experience in the civil engineering industry. Dave began their career at NYSDOT as a Civil Engineer II from 1992 to 2000. Dave then joined Tectonic Engineering, where they initially worked as a senior engineer and was later promoted to Chief Civil Engineer, overseeing a team of 10-15 engineers. In 2005, Dave joined M.G. McLaren Engineering Group as the Site/Civil Division Chief for a short period. Dave then moved to Bohler in 2006, where they served as the Principal and Director of Operations for the North and Central Divisions. In this role, they managed large-scale land development projects and collaborated with local office leadership to execute operational strategies. Dave has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Stevens Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2021.
Dave Wisotsky obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University in 1991. Dave then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution in 1994. Prior to their university education, Dave attended Mahwah High School from 1983 to 1987. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) designation from the State of New York in 1996, and from the State of New Jersey in 2001. Dave also earned the LEED Green Associate certification from the Green Building Certification Institute. The month of obtaining this certification is unspecified, but it was achieved in the year 2010.
