John Zach

John Zach is a Partner in the Global Investigations and White Collar Defense group at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, a position held since January 2015. The group specializes in representing institutions and individuals in complex regulatory enforcement and white collar defense matters. Prior to this role, John served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York from April 2006 to January 2015, where work included participation as a senior member of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force and coordination of investigations with various law enforcement agencies. John began a legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2001 to 2006, focusing on securities fraud, antitrust, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.
