Vice President, Account Management at Boingo Wireless

Danielle Aiello has a diverse and extensive work experience. Danielle started their career in 2000 as a New Business Manager at The Economist, where they worked until 2004. After that, they joined Time Warner Cable as a Direct Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they worked at MySpace as an Account Executive from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Aiello joined Boingo Wireless, where they held various roles. Danielle started as the Director of Customer Acquisition & Retention from 2007 to 2010. After that, they became the Director of Customer Care from 2009 to 2010. Danielle later returned to Boingo Wireless as the Director of Customer Experience from 2016 to 2017. Finally, they served as the Director of Account Management - West from 2016 to 2017 and was then promoted to Vice President of Account Management.

Aiello also worked at Sunshine Retirement Living, where they were the Director of Sales and Marketing from 2010 to 2015. Later, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing, a role they held from 2015 to 2016. In this position, they were responsible for driving market strategy, business development, and managing multiple retirement communities.
