Chelsea Bieniek

Chelsea Bieniek is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in catering and event management. Currently serving as the Catering Sales Manager at BOKA Restaurant Group since February 2023, Chelsea previously held the role of Parties and Special Events Manager at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants from August 2019 to January 2023, where also served as an Events Assistant. Chelsea's earlier career includes serving at RPM Italian and various restaurants, including Seasons 52 and Outback Steakhouse, along with roles in sales at Billabong and Pacific Sunwear. Chelsea's education at the Second City Training Center, complemented by earlier studies at Hillsborough Community College and Sickles High School, further supports expertise in the industry.
