Jennifer Thompson, the current Director of Operations at BOKA Restaurant Group, has a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to their current role, Jennifer served as an Area Director and General Manager at Tavistock Restaurant Collection, and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. With a background in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Level 1 Sommeliers certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Jennifer brings a diverse skill set to their leadership positions.
