Shawn Ash

Shawn Ash is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Senior Catering Sales Manager at BOKA Restaurant Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shawn held various leadership positions including Director of Sales at Marshall's Landing and General Manager at both The Grand Guesthouse and Farm Bar Edgewater. Shawn's involvement in the community includes serving as an Associate Board Member for Chicago's Green City Market from December 2019 to November 2022. With a strong background in sales and event management, Shawn has also worked as Sales & Events Manager and Sales Manager at Farmhouse Evanston. Shawn's educational credentials include a diploma in Culinary Arts from Eastern Michigan University, complemented by foundational training at Lakeland High School, graduating in 2006.
