Niko Karstikko

Niko Karstikko is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a strong background in the tech and hospitality sectors. As Co-Founder and Group CEO of Bob W, Niko has been instrumental in driving the company's growth since its launch in 2019, offering a tech-driven alternative to traditional hospitality. Niko serves as an investor and advisor for various startups, including Boksi.com and Freska, where contributions in fundraising and strategic development have been significant. Previously, Niko co-founded SportSetter and led it as CEO until its acquisition by Smartum. Niko has also held positions with Barclays and NetJets, demonstrating a solid foundation in strategic business management, investments, and marketing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance from the University of South Carolina, with additional studies in Entrepreneurship at Aalto University.
