Alastair Jones

Alastair Jones is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in operational technology, information security, and compliance. Currently serving as the VP of Platform Engineering at Boku since August 2024, Jones previously held the position of SVP TechOps, Information Security, & DPO at Divido from March 2022 to August 2024, contributing significantly to the company's leadership team and managing key technology operations until the company's administration in July 2024. Prior roles include Vice President TechOps, Security & DPO at Metro Bank (UK) and Director of Information Systems & Security at RateSetter, where critical contributions led to FCA authorization in 2017. With a solid foundation in technology management at ICSA Software and earlier roles in various organizations starting from 2001, Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Medieval & Modern History from Royal Holloway, University of London.
