Nicole Wilcock is a seasoned executive in account management and commercial partnerships with extensive experience in the travel and payments sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Account Management at Boku since October 2025, Nicole previously held the role of Vice President of Commercial Partnerships at Nium, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and driving revenue growth across Europe. Earlier roles include Vice President of Global Agency Partnerships at CTM Partner Program, where a global strategy for travel management partnerships was developed, and strategic consulting at Opteva Ltd for Fortune 500 clients. Notably, Nicole spent over a decade at American Express, leading business development initiatives and strategic client onboarding efforts.
