Hans Alers is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Lead Transformation Office a.i. and Change & Development Lead for FinTech, Finance & Invoicing at bol since August 2021. With a focus on leading Product Operating Model Change for approximately 120 FTE, Hans is dedicated to transforming customer problem-solving methodologies and product development processes. Previously, Hans held the position of Senior People Manager in FinTech, overseeing the Product Collection and Data Team, while also driving strategic agendas and enhancing team performance. Additionally, Hans has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development from tenure at Egon Zehnder, where innovative leadership advisory solutions were developed for clients. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Groningen, among other qualifications.
