Niels Basjes

Niels Basjes is an experienced technology professional with a strong focus on IT architecture and risk innovation. Currently serving as a Tech Risk Innovator and Lead IT-Architect for bol since May 2008, Niels specializes in designing scalable solutions and educating teams in distributed systems. Previous roles include Senior WebAnalytics Architect at Oracle and Moniforce, where expertise in web statistics and distributed computing was established. Niels's early career included significant contributions as an ICT Architect and Software Scientist at the National Aerospace Laboratory, as well as roles at USoft B.V. and NedGraphics. Niels holds an MSc in Business/General Management from Nyenrode Business University and an MSc in Technical Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
