Hind Alfawwaz

Hind Alfawwaz is an experienced professional in data analytics and science, currently serving as a Data Science Supervisor at stc since September 2019, with a progressive career that includes roles as Lead Data Analyst and Senior Data Mining Analyst within the same organization. Hind's expertise focuses on consumer data analytics to identify churn root causes, developing reports, and visualized dashboards to enhance retention performance. Prior experience includes an internship at the National Center for Performance Measurement, where data analysis and report generation were key responsibilities, as well as a trainee position at SAP specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. Hind holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University and has completed Nanodegrees in Data Analysis and Data Engineering from Udacity.
