Régine Endtz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organization effectiveness and consulting. Currently serving as Lead Organization Effectiveness at bol since February 2021, Régine has also held roles such as Organization Effectiveness Expert and Chief of Staff to the CHRO. Previous positions include Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2018 to October 2020, and a Digital Marketing Intern at Accenture the Netherlands. Early career experiences include internships at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and responsibilities as a Student Ambassador at VeerStichting, along with serving as Treasurer for Concordia Crescamus and an Account Manager at AIESEC The Netherlands. Régine holds a Master’s Degree in Global Business and Sustainability from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Economics from Utrecht University, complemented by an IB Diploma from the American International School of Dhaka.
