Sophie Berends

Sophie Berends has extensive experience in project leadership and policy specialization, having held multiple roles at bol since February 2018, including Project Lead for Transformation & Innovation and Social & Sustainable Integrity, along with positions as a Policy Specialist and Business Analyst in Assortment Quality. Prior to this, Sophie served as a Research Intern at Liandon and was Team Lead for Customer Service at Elektrolite from November 2012 to March 2017. Additional experience includes a role as a Student Research Assistant at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour. Sophie earned a Master of Science in Behaviour Change and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radboud University, along with an extracurricular master's course in Neuroanatomy.
