John McKenna currently serves as the Area Director for Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen, overseeing operations across eight restaurants in Broward, Southern Palm Beach, and Alachua Counties, while managing approximately 35 leaders and over 240 team members. Prior to this role, John held various positions at TooJay’s Deli, Bakery, and Restaurant for nearly 26 years, progressing from Team Member to Multi Unit Director/Culinary Director, where responsibilities included managing culinary aspects of new restaurant openings and optimizing operational processes. John's extensive experience in the food service industry is complemented by a solid foundation in team building, leadership development, and sales growth strategies. Education was completed at Vero Beach High School from 1996 to 1999.
