Robert Pugh is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Bolay since October 2020. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Gabriel Kreuther from February 2015 to October 2020, and worked as a Consultant/Sous Chef at Baccarat Hotel & Residences for a brief period in 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Sous Chef at The Modern from February 2012 to September 2014, and holding roles as Line Cook and Sous Chef at Union Square Cafe from September 2008 to January 2012. Robert Pugh earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph's University.
