Niv Ilany is a Data Scientist at Bold since November 2022, having previously worked as a Data Analyst at NSO Group from February 2022 to November 2022, contributing to the development and maintenance of a next-generation investigation system within the Data Intelligence Group. At StackPath, from December 2019 to February 2022, Niv analyzed network and security data, conducted cybersecurity research, and designed security heuristics for web application firewalls. Earlier experience includes serving as a Combat Commander in the Israel Defense Forces from March 2011 to March 2016, where leadership and analytical skills were honed while commanding a team of over 100 soldiers. Niv holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University.
