Michelle Jahn Holbrook

Michelle Jahn Holbrook is a senior researcher at Bold Insight. Michelle has also worked as a graduate research assistant at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and ReSight Global. Michelle has a passion for helping others and making a difference in the world. Michelle is dedicated to their work and takes pride in their accomplishments. Michelle is a skilled researcher and has experience in conducting usability studies, heuristic evaluations, and creating executive summaries and design documents. Michelle has also contributed to several journal papers, conference submissions, and grant submissions.

Michelle Jahn Holbrook received their Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, their Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, and their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. Michelle also has a certification from NCEES in Engineer in Training (EIT) and a certification from Clemson University Industrial Engineering Department in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
