Karen Johanning

Karen Johanning is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client strategy and product management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Client Strategy & Services at Bold Orange since July 2021, Karen develops strategies that address business challenges and provides insights on customer experience and market trends. Previously, as VP and Director of Transaction Product Management at TCF Bank, Karen led teams to achieve P&L objectives while managing product portfolios. Earlier roles included significant positions at U.S. Bank and Carlson Marketing Group, where Karen focused on product development, customer engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives. Karen holds a BS in Marketing and a BA in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
