Ian Meadows

Ian Meadows is a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a robust background in advanced design and engineering. Currently at BOLD since July 2023, Ian specializes in the layout and design of the iStream front end structure for electric SUVs using CATIA V5 and V6. Prior to this, Ian held senior design positions at notable companies including Cranfield Aerospace Solutions, where the design of a hydrogen fuel cell demonstrator passenger aircraft was completed, and Airbus Defence and Space, focusing on satellite structures. With extensive experience in CATIA software and innovative design solutions across aerospace and automotive sectors, Ian has contributed to projects involving luxury interiors for business jets, orbital satellites, and high-performance vehicles like the McLaren SPEEDTAIL. Ian Meadows possesses a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, underscored by a progressive career spanning over two decades.
