José Domínguez Sánchez

José Domínguez Sánchez is a highly experienced Human Resources professional. José began their career in 1993 as an Administrative Assistant in Human Resources at Prosegur. In this role, they were responsible for administrative tasks such as introducing service rosters, managing ITs, and registering employees in the Social Security system. José then moved to Font Vella in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant in the Personnel Department, where they were responsible for payroll, training, and labor relations. In 2000, they became the Human Resources Manager at NETEJA A BARCELONA SL, where they were responsible for setting up the Human Resources department, managing personnel, payroll, labor relations, and separations. From 2002 to 2022, they held the role of Human Resources Manager at Grey Group Spain, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, welcoming and integrating new employees, and developing personnel. Most recently, they held the role of People Partner - HR at BOLD since 2022. Additionally, they are currently a Manager of Human Resources Management at Grup CHM Salut Mental, where they are responsible for the complete administrative labor management, occupational risk prevention, and professional development.

José Domínguez Sánchez obtained a Licenciado in Ciencias del Trabajo from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya between 2003 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplomado in Relaciones Laborales from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 1993 and 1997. In 2003, they obtained a Técnico Intermedio Prevención de Riesgos Laborales from TADEL Formación in the field of Salud laboral y prevención de riesgos laborales. In 1992 and 1993, they obtained a Titulado Grado Superior Comercio Exterior (Modulo III) from IES La Bastida in the field of Comercio Exterior.
