Arindam Chakraborty has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Arindam began their career at InterGlobe as an Assistant Manager and worked there from November 2000 to January 2004. Arindam then joined Intelligent Information Systems as a Manager of Human Resources from February 2004 to January 2007. Arindam then moved on to Nucleus Software, where they served as the Head of HR Operations from February 2007 to January 2008. Arindam then worked at PeopleStrong HR Services as the Director of HR Shared Services from January 2008 to February 2009. Arindam then joined RD Group as a Director from March 2009 to September 2010. Afterward, they joined CenturyLink as a Senior HR Leader and served as the Center Head Operations Noida from February 2010 to February 2015. Finally, Arindam joined BOLD as the Director of Human Resources and Administration from February 2015 to July 2019. Arindam was then promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources & Administration and held this position until April 2023. Currently, Arindam serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at BOLD India, leading the HR function and Administrative Operations for the Product Development Center. Arindam plays a crucial role in building the organization and collaborating with the Executive Leadership team to develop the people's strategy to support organizational growth.
Arindam Chakraborty earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Delhi University from 1992 to 1995. Arindam also attended Manav Sthali School from 1991 to 1992, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Science. Arindam furthered their education in the field of Human Resources Development by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from AIMA from 1996 to 1997, and an MPM (Master's Degree in Personnel Management) from Bharati Vidyapeeth from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" from Franklin Covey South Asia in 2012 and "Coaching for Organization Development" from OD Alternatives in 2011.
