Katherine Derrick

Katherine is an experienced trailblazer with 20+ years of demonstrated accomplishments in strategic product and digital development, design innovation, user research and customer experience for globally recognized consumer brands and premier B2C organizations. She leads our domestic and international Product, Brands and Design teams, building new ways to serve, educate and empower all participants in the workforce. She has been an innovative leader in product strategy and development, and implementation of user experience, customer experience and brand creative activities. Prior to joining BOLD, Katherine held senior leadership positions at Bluegreen Vacations, AutoNation and CBS Interactive, where she and her team won the EMMY® Award for Outstanding New Approaches. Katherine graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Telecommunications. When not building the best customer-facing products possible, she enjoys boating, art and music, and loves to travel and experience new countries as much as possible.
