Luke Bateman

Luke Bateman is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within finance. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at BOLD since August 2025, Luke previously held a similar position at Monster from January 2008 to August 2025, where responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, decision support, and providing insights to the Global Marketing and EU Sales organizations. Prior experience at Monster also includes roles as Finance Manager for Europe and Senior Finance Analyst. Luke began a finance career as a Finance Assistant at Ladders and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Portsmouth, with a dissertation focused on the relationship between football and the working class.
