Chris Deborski has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering field. Chris began their career in 1998 as a Senior Engineer at ZF Friedrichshafen. In 2004, they worked as a Project Engineer at CORESTAFF Services, where they were involved in surgical instrument design and product development. In 2005, they joined Covidien as a Manager, Research & Development, leading technical groups of up to 12 with a budget of up to $4.1MM. Chris also led 2 platform scale product and 2 derivative product development projects. In addition, they were a Group Leader, Research & Development, pioneering innovation management practices. Chris also held the roles of Senior Engineer and Project Engineer, Research & Development. From 2014 to 2017, Chris worked as a Program Manager at Evergreen Research, Inc. In 2017, they became a Project Manager at Bolder Surgical Holdings.

Chris Deborski obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1989 and 1994. In October 2017, they obtained a CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance.
