With extensive experience in organizational development, Sara holds roles such as Managing Director ANZ at BOLDLY and Educator & Orchestrator at Duke Corporate Education. Previous positions include Manager of Change Culture and Capability at IAG, where Sara was instrumental in fostering organizational agility, and various consultancy roles involving leadership development and culture shaping. Sara’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and multiple coaching accreditations from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
