Marton Yap

Marton (MAT) Yap is currently the Director and Head of Strategic Business Unit for E-commerce at Boldr, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served in various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Alorica and Chief Operations Officer at LeadGen Corporation. With a background in training and operational management at companies such as Sutherland Global Services and VXI Global Solutions, Marton has demonstrated a dedication to leadership development and strategic training initiatives throughout their career. They hold a degree in Computer Science from the University of San Carlos and have furthered their education in Business Management at the University of the Philippines.
