Ladean Flemming

Ladean Flemming currently serves as Group Senior Manager - Safety, Wellbeing and Sustainability at Boldyn Networks since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles at the Port of Dover from August 2016 to October 2022, where Ladean held positions as Safety Manager, Safety Advisor, and Safety Assistant. Prior to that, from September 2011 to July 2016, Ladean was employed at MKC Training Services Limited as Health and Safety Administrator and Assistant to the Managing Director. Ladean obtained a Higher National Certificate in Business Management from the University of Kent between 2012 and 2014 and completed secondary education at Chatham Grammar School for Girls from 2004 to 2011.
