Carla Adriana Soto Tejeda

Carla Adriana Soto Tejeda began their career in 2012 as a Head Teacher at an Early Childhood Center. In 2015, they became an Assistant Head Teacher at The American School of Tampico. In 2016, they joined Morgan Philips Executive Search as a Researcher Sr and Executive Researcher. In 2018, they moved to Nielsen as a Talent Sourcer US. In 2019, they worked as an International Talent Acquisition Consultant for Catenon. In 2020, they joined Casai as a People & Culture Director and Talent Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they became the People & Culture Director at Boletia.

Carla Adriana Soto Tejeda has an education history that includes a Licenciatura in Linguistica aplicada especializada en idioma Ingles from The American School of Tampico from 2009 to 2012, and a Licenciatura in Diseño gráfico from Universidad del Noreste from 2003 to 2007.
