Maria del Carmen Ito Esparza has worked in various roles since 2010. In 2010, they worked as an Auxiliary Operation and Logistics at KULTURNI CENTER VINTGAR, ESLOVENIA. In 2011, they worked as a Department of Admission at Hospital Angeles de Mexico. In 2012, they worked as a Project of Logistics for Procedures at Escuela de Enfermería Escandón and as an Administrative/Accounting at La Mar Cebicheria Peruana by Gastón Acurio. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as Head in Australian Option Education Mexico, DF, creating and managing a team to execute commercial strategies, selecting and recruiting human capital, and generating a portfolio of student prospects and institutions. In 2020, they began working as Head of Operations and Customer Success at Neerme, and from 2016 to 2020, they held the same role at Boletia, a 100% Mexican DIY platform for experience sales, where they focused on adding value to the organizer and their assistants through additional services (MKT, DB, technology, etc.), creating an impact on the user experience through an agile purchase process, landing design, service, and constant innovation.

Maria del Carmen Ito Esparza completed their Especialidad in Gestión de Capital Humano from Universidad Panamericana in 2016. Maria del Carmen also obtained an Administración de Instituciones degree from Universidad Panamericana between 2007 and 2011.
