Kasper Poulsen

Kasper Poulsen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Applications at BOLIA since April 2020, where responsibilities include leading a team to drive technology initiatives and optimizing customer experiences while aligning IT with business strategy. Previous roles include IT Development Manager and Digital Change Manager at BOLIA, where significant contributions involved implementing Microsoft Dynamics F&O as a new ERP platform. Prior to BOLIA, Kasper worked at TERMA Group as a Business Transformation & Intelligence Specialist, leading digital transformation projects and optimizing ERP systems. Kasper’s career began at Johnson Controls, focusing on the Sales & Operations Planning process for the EMEA region. Kasper holds a Master of Science in Global Operations & Supply Chain Management from Aalborg University and a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Engineering from the same institution, complemented by study abroad experience at San Diego State University.
