Johanna Holm

Johanna Holm is an accomplished EHSQ Manager at Boliden since June 2019, where leadership of Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality Teams, management of environmental and mining permits, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement are key responsibilities. With extensive experience spanning over a decade at SMA Mineral, roles included HSEQ Manager for Finland and the Baltic States, and interim positions focused on quality and environmental management. Previous positions also feature environmental engineering at Myllykoski Paper Oy, laboratory management at Stora Enso, and process operations in various capacities at multiple Stora Enso facilities. Johanna holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Oulu, along with a Specialist Qualification in Management.
