The Project Management team at Boligforeningen AAB oversees and coordinates construction and renovation projects across its 19,000 rental units in the Copenhagen area. They handle project planning, procurement processes, and ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects, working collaboratively to maintain and improve the quality of AAB's housing portfolio.
