Tom Beamon

Tom Beamon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tom is currently serving as the Managing Director - Advisory Services at Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, LLP since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Delaware Electric Cooperative, Inc. from February 2020 to April 2023. Tom also held the role of Vice President & CFO at Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative from December 2015 to February 2020. Tom's experience includes working as Regional Vice President - Generation & Transmission Portfolio at NRUCFC from July 2012 to November 2015. Tom also worked in the banking sector, serving as a Commercial Banker at Alliance Bank from May 2011 to August 2012, at Union First Market Bank from May 2010 to May 2011, and at BB&T from January 2008 to May 2010. Additionally, they worked as an Entrepreneurship Consultant at Kenan Institute Asia in 2006, and as a Securitization Business Development Associate at HomeBanc from 2003 to May 2005. Tom'scareer began as the Co-Founder & Marketing Manager at Red Plain Technology in 2002.

Tom Beamon completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1993 to 1998. Tom then pursued further education and obtained an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School between 2005 and 2007. In 2011 and 2012, they also completed an Energy Certificate program at the Texas McCombs School of Business.
