Richard Heppell

Richard Heppell's work experience includes serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Bollé Safety since 2023. Previously, they worked at SHOWA Group as the President & COO Americas, Oceania & EMEA from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they were the Managing Director at SHOWA International (Netherlands) B.V. from 2015 to 2018. Richard also served as the President at Showa Best Glove from 2011 to 2015 and as the Vice President at Showa Best Glove S.A.S from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as the Sales Director at Best Gloves Manufacturer from 2007 to 2009 and as a Sales Manager at Bacou-Dalloz before 2007.

Richard Heppell obtained an Associate's degree in Management Studies from the University of Hertfordshire between 2003 and 2005.
