Rock Pillsbury

Rock Pillsbury is an experienced athletic administrator and educator currently serving as the Director of Athletics at The Bolles School since July 2024. Prior to this role, Rock served as the Athletic Director at Sierra Canyon School for 16 years, from July 2008 to July 2024. Rock's career also includes positions as an Elementary Physical Education Teacher and Varsity Golf Coach at Wylie ISD, as well as Director of Athletics at The Meadows School, where responsibilities included overseeing athletics for grades 6-12 and coaching middle school soccer and basketball. Rock's foundational experience as a Physical Education Teacher and Coach at Highland Park ISD spanned 12 years and involved coaching various sports across multiple age levels. Rock holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Boston University.
