Jorge Yzaguirre Scharfhausen holds a Master in Business Administration and a Doctor in Economic and Business Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He is also a professor at different universities in Madrid, as well as the author of several articles in specialized publications in the sector and in different research papers and books. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Jorge Yzaguirre is deputy director of the Securities Services Business Unit of the SIX Group, owner of BME. He is also president of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts (IEAF) and president of the Foundation for Financial Studies (FEF), since June 2016.
