Cristina Bajo Martínez

She has a Law Degree in the legal-business specialty from the San Pablo CEU Higher Education Center, attached to the Complutense University of Madrid.

Since 2011, she has been Deputy Secretary General and of the Board of Directors of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, Sociedad Holding de Mercados y Sistemas Financieros, SA, an entity to which she has provided services since October 2006.

Within the BME Group, she holds the positions of Non-Director Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors of AIAF Mercado de Renta Fija, SAU, Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Liquidación y Compensación de Valores, SAU (Iberclear), of MEFF Sociedad Rectora del Financial Products Market, SAU and BME Clearing, SAU.
