Chad Shinsato

Chad Shinsato has a strong work history in the field of engineering and product development. In their most recent position at Bolster, they serve as a Product/Engineering Leader. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Engineering at Likemind.

From 2013 to 2019, Chad held various roles at Return Path, including Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Software Engineer.

Before joining Return Path, Chad was the first employee at SurveyGizmo in 2007, where they played a crucial role in creating systems and processes to support the company's growth. As a Senior Web Application Developer, they contributed to the development of core components and implemented agile development practices.
