Micah Mador

Micah Mador has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Student Member in the Bizrael Fellowship in 2012. In the same year, they also founded their own consulting business called Oy Vey Information Technologies, where they provided technology consultation services to small businesses and individuals until 2015.

In 2014, Micah worked as an Associate at Techstars, assisting the Program Manager in running a web-technology accelerator program. They also played a role in the selection process and helped accelerate 13 companies.

From 2015 to 2016, Micah held a position as a Business Intelligence - Data Analyst at Signals Group, where they identified data sourcing strategies and analyzed big data to meet clients' needs.

In 2015, Micah also joined Foundry Group as an Executive Assistant, where they provided support to the team until 2017. They later became an Engagement Manager, responsible for network and community catalyst initiatives, until 2021.

In 2016, Micah became a Member and Sponsor at VC Platform Global Community, a role they have held until the present.

Micah's most recent role was at Bolster, where they joined as a Portfolio Partner Project in November 2020. They later assumed the position of Partnerships & Operations in January 2021. Bolster is an on-demand executive talent marketplace that supports companies' growth and provides executives with software and services for managing their careers.

Micah Mador pursued higher education and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Management from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2010 to 2014. During the same period, they also attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business and acquired another Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management. In 2013, Micah participated in a Study Abroad program at Victoria University of Wellington, specializing in Commerce- Management. Micah further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining a certification as a Certified Partnerships Professional from Firneo in June 2023.
