Customer Care Hero & Content Specialist at Bolt

Charlotte Boffé began their work experience in February 2019 with an internship at Hotel Hungaria, which lasted until March 2019. Charlotte then took on a student role at Het Strand from November 2018 to June 2020. In March 2020, Charlotte undertook an internship at BIGH, which ended in May 2020. Charlotte joined Bolt in February 2021 as a Customer Care Hero and worked in this role until June 2022. From June 2022, Charlotte took on the role of Customer Care Hero and Content Specialist at Bolt. Currently, they are working at Bolt as a Brand & Quality Specialist since April 2023.

Charlotte Boffé's education history begins with their graduation from Atheneum Tienen in 2016, where they completed their middelbare school education specializing in Humane Wetenschappen. Following that, they attended Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 2016 to 2020, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Idea & Innovation Management. Charlotte then pursued further education at SYNTRA Brussel from 2020 to 2021, where they completed an avondopleiding in Circulair Ondernemer.
